Retrigo uses PayPal as its payment provider. A PayPal account is required in order to accept payments for your listings, and must be connected to Retrigo. You will also need to grant Retrigo permission to charge a transaction fee.

Your PayPal account needs to be able to accept payments. This might require a Business account. If you see an error when trying to connect your account to Retrigo, log in and upgrade your PayPal account to a business account. It’s free and easy. If you’re an individual, PayPal recommends using your name as the Business name.


1. How do I upgrade my PayPal Personal Account to a Business Account?

To upgrade your current PayPal Personal Account to a Business or Premier Account:

  1. Go to and log in to your PayPal account

  2. Click the Upgrade Now button at the bottom of the page.

  3. The next page will allow you to choose a personal Premier Account or a Business Account. Simply select which type of account you would like, and click the Continue button.

  4. If you have selected a Business Account, you will be asked to enter your Business Information and click Submit.

PayPal Business Accounts allow you to conduct transactions under a company or group name, whereas Premier Accounts allow you to conduct transactions under your personal name. The fees and features for Premier and Business Accounts are the same. Whatever account you choose, all transaction records and history from your Personal Account will be retained in the upgraded account.

2. How do I Link my PayPal Business Account to my Retrigo Account?

After you finish switching your PayPal account from Personal to Business, it comes the time to link it to your Retrigo account.



Step1: Login Into your Account and go to setting.


Step 2: Click on Payments on the left side bar


Step 3: Click connect and link your PayPal Business Account.
